A playful yoga class designed for you to build strength and confidence on and off your mat!
Join us at the Georgetown Ontario Racquet Club on Friday August 11, 6:30pm for a fun and playful Flow Yoga class for all ages and all levels!
This Class we will build on various yoga poses designed for students of all levels to connect with themselves, their breath and their community!
Kristin teaches a style of yoga that includes a variety of modalities including breathwork, mudras (gestures with the hands) and asana (physical postures)
Students will leave class feeling more connected on a deeper level to themselves and their unique journey while taking tools with them to use in their daily lives.
Class will be playful with much movement and will end with a grounding meditation to set you off to tackle anything life throws at you with ease!
Come with your whole family, partner, friend or come alone!

Meet your teacher!
Kristin has been teaching yoga for over 7 years. She has completed a variety of 200 hour yoga teacher trainings include Hatha Yoga and Sakalya yoga. Kristin currently teaches weekly at Crystal Tree Yoga to students of all levels but She specializes in pre and post natal and kids yoga, focusing on helping students build a stronger connection to self. Kristin is a local mom of 2 kids and teaching yoga is her full time job along working as a traditional birth companion! If you can’t find her at the yoga studio you will most likely find her in forest!
