Pelvic Floor + Core Workshop

With Kristin and Meryl

A 2 hour workshop covering all you need to know about your pelvic floor and core and how to move and live with ease!

Your pelvic floor and core work together as a unit!

Take this workshop to learn about the anatomy of your pelvic floor and how to reduce symptoms and live with more ease!

Join us in person on April 26th, Ontario.

Common disruptions will be covered, including diastasis recti, prolapse, incontinence, lower back pain, and more, and students can feel safe to ask questions in an intimate setting with no judgment.

This workshop is open to all, focusing on the areas most affected by childbirth. This workshop can help restore balance to the physical body in the areas most affected by pregnancy and birth, even many years later.

Meryl and Kristin will begin with an information session with guided movement woven through to allow for more interactive learning. This will enable students to experience and feel the information learned physically, where they will leave the session with the experiential knowledge that can help them take control of their core and pelvic floor in daily life and activities.
