This class is designed for pregnant and postpartum women who want to reconnect with their core and pelvic floor, build total-body strength, and move with confidence—all while keeping baby nearby.

Each week features a fresh mix of exercises that target key muscle groups impacted by pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery. Through breath, movement, and mindful strength training, you'll build awareness and resilience from the inside out.

💪 What to Expect:
This fun, circuit-style class changes weekly and uses a variety of props, including:

  • Dumbbells

  • Kettlebells

  • Resistance Bands

  • Yoga Props

  • Functional Training Tools

  • Plyometrics (low-impact options available and we build to this)

You’ll leave feeling stronger, more connected, and supported—in both body and mind.

✨ Held in a clean, welcoming studio, this class is the perfect way to get active, recharge, and have fun with baby nearby.

Meet Kristin

Kristin has worked with Pre and Post Natal families for over 8 years. She teaches Prenatal Yoga and Baby and Me yoga aiming to guide you on a stronger connection to self. She focuses on mobility work to avoid pain during pregnancy and post childbirth and pelvic floor recovery and rebuild. She is also a full spectrum Doula and Birth Companion, Childbirth Educator and Infant Feeding Counsellor and offers Holistic education to the community for women to take back birth and own their unique stories. Kristin’s approach to coaching is autonomy-based and rooted in mindset switch. Change your mind, change your journey!
