✨ What is this program?

This is more than just stretching. Our Teen Yoga & Meditation Program is designed specifically for young people (ages 13–18ish) who want to feel more grounded, confident, and connected—both mentally and physically.

Through weekly classes that blend gentle yoga, breathing techniques, mindfulness, and open conversation, teens learn how to:

  • Manage stress and anxiety

  • Build self-esteem and body awareness

  • Improve focus and sleep

  • Process emotions in healthy ways

  • Feel more calm, present, and empowered in daily life

Whether your teen is new to yoga or already has a practice, this course offers tools they can carry with them for life.

🧘‍♀️ What We Do Each Week:

  • Gentle Yoga (mobility movement to stretch & strengthen the body)

  • Breathwork (learn to regulate your nervous system)

  • Meditation & Mindfulness (quiet the mental noise)

  • Self-Inquiry & Reflection (through journaling & discussion)

  • Emotional Resilience Tools (mantras, affirmations, and more)

All sessions are taught in an open, non-judgmental environment. No pressure, no perfection—just real connection.
