Prenatal Yoga with Yoga Nidra

Prenatal Yoga fosters a deeper connection between mom and baby, creating a unique experience where the focus is on nurturing both. Pregnancy is a powerful, vulnerable, and transformative time in a woman’s life—she’s preparing to welcome a new little soul into the world, while also undergoing her own personal transformation from woman to mother.

This class offers a holistic approach to supporting both the physical and emotional well-being of the mama-to-be. Prenatal Yoga provides practical tools to ease the journey, offering support for both the body and mind during this special time.

What to expect when you come to class…

  • Movement.

    Kristin designs the class in a way to support your changing and growing body during pregnancy. Functional movement and strengthening the body move affected by pregnancy, childbirth and the 4th trimester are the main focus. Pelvic floor awareness and relaxation will also be woven into the class. Learn movement for labor and how you can support your body post partum.

  • Meditation

    Kristin teaches a moving meditation described as Kriya yoga. She is specifically trained in this type of yoga for Pregnancy and creates a beautiful flow of movement and meditation combined with mantra (chanting), mudra (hand gestures) and breathing techniques all for you to reach a deeper connection to self and baby feeling strong in both your body and mind.

  • Community.

    Connect with other local moms on a similar journey on an often lonely time, feel a sense of community. Start building your village of people who know what your going through and can cheer you on.
