You deserve to be supported through your rite of passage into motherhood.

Your Post Partum experience matters. It’s not just about having a healthy baby.

A Postpartum Doula is a professional support person trained in the needs of the family in the days, weeks and months after birth or the addition of a new baby.

The Doula offers non-judgmental support, guidance, evidence-based education and practical hands-on support immediately after birth through the first year.

Doula originates from the Greek word meaning woman servant.

What families are saying who had Kristin as their Post Partum Doula…

  • "It was a real blessing to have her by my side, her energy and support definitely made me stronger! Having her there week after week after my baby was born, she helped me with breastfeeding, brought delicious food for us and even helped us tidy up our home, for this we are so thankful. Her services are honestly outstanding and I would recommend everyone that’s pregnant to have her by their side because it does make a world of difference!"

    -Veronica and Alma

  • "Everyone should have a Kristin in their lives. It's a non-judgemental, unbiased and, most importantly to me, third-party person that you can share your plans, fears, curiosities and struggles with that you may not be confident or comfortable sharing with your partner or support person(s). It was such a relief to have someone there that is focused on supporting MY journey while also keeping the baby's wellbeing in mind.

    -Joanna and Fin

  • "Weekly visits with Kristin after my baby was born literally kept me sane. I always told her she should call herself a proffesional vent to person because I feel like that's all I did when she was here. But I always felt so good when she left, my laundry was always folded and she had left hearty meals in the fridge for me for later. She often brought me breakfast and a warm tea too and this was so helpful for me since I was struggling finding time for myself to eat. You 100% want a Kristin in your life Post Partum."

  • “Dearest Kristin, I am writing you to thank you for the gift you have given my family, myself specifically.  It was a no brainer investing in a doula for this second pregnancy, and everyone was right - we had no regrets picking you! A clear comfortable contract didn’t prepare me for the support you provided.  Though we hired you for post-partum care, you were a support during my very hard pregnancy.  You provided me validation, connection, spiritual healing, not to mention the massages my body so desperately needed! Deciding whether to be induced was a huge mountain for us.  I was high risk and my body had enough.  You helped me understand my decision with love and compassion. You were so flexible with scheduling to respond to my extended hospital stay.  You supported me through the phone and I felt safe leaving the hospital to come home to your care. A day with you nourished our family physically and spiritually.  We were so shattered from the trauma of the birth and extended stay in the hospital.  You supported our sleep, eating, and encouraged ways for us to connect while we were transitioning to a bigger family.   Cooking for us, cleaning for us, yoga with my toddler while my husband and I could regroup. Having you for a few overnights helped so much with my healing and recovery.  I am so grateful for investing in my recovery and choosing you. “
