Reconnect, Restore, and Bond—Together

Join our nurturing Baby & Me Yoga series, designed especially for postpartum moms with pre-walking babies. Each week, we’ll gently build on yoga poses and core-strengthening movements to help you reconnect with your body and regain confidence on your postpartum journey.

 

In this safe, supportive space, you’ll:

  • Rebuild core strength, balance, and pelvic floor function

  • Deepen your bond with your baby through movement and mindfulness

  • Learn baby yoga techniques that support digestion, relaxation, and playful connection

  • Meet and connect with other moms in a heart-centered community

This class offers a peaceful way to move through this new chapter—mindfully, together.

Pelvic Floor Awareness

Learn how to breathe and move in harmony with your pelvic floor to support optimal recovery. Whether you've had a vaginal or cesarean birth, pregnancy impacts the pelvic floor—and without proper awareness and care, it can lead to unwanted symptoms.

Breath and Movement

Practice simple movement and breathing techniques you can take with you off the mat to support your postpartum journey. This time can be challenging—daily connection with your body and breath can help you feel more grounded and centered.

Community and Connection

Connect with others nearby who are on a similar journey—you don’t have to do this alone. You’ve found your village! Despite our differences, we all share the need for someone who truly understands and gets it.

Classes are led by Kristin Heywood, a certified Pre and Postnatal Yoga Teacher, Pregnancy and Postpartum Exercise Specialist, and Certified Personal Trainer and Reiki Master. She also brings her experience as a Breastfeeding Counsellor, Holistic Childbirth Educator, and Birth Companion. Through pre and post natal yoga and holistic support, Kristin is dedicated to helping you connect more deeply with yourself and feel steady through every stage of your journey.
