Women’s Yoga Night
A Yummy 1.5 hour Yin and Restorative Yoga practice for Women.
Wednesday’s December 21st at 7 pm.

Immerse yourself in an evening created just for YOU in this season of full days. Take some time to slow down, breathe deep and connect to your body, mind, and womb. Melt away muscle tension, fatigue, and worry in this magical 1.5-hour class.

December 14: A heart-centered class with yoga props and aromatherapy
December 21: A grounding practice with yoga props and sound bath therapy
Upon arrival, we will practice a series of grounding Yin Yoga poses where we hold the pose for 6 minutes. Following our Yin practice, we will move into a restorative practice where we hold poses for 10+ minutes with Healing Mudras (gestures of the hands) and yoga props to support our bodies fully.
This class is open to all women. Pregnant or post partum welcome too.

(Kristin will provide all yoga props and essential oils needed for our sessions, you are also welcome to bring your own if you prefer.)
Meet Kristin
Kristin has worked with Pre and Post-Natal families for over 7 years. She teaches Prenatal Yoga and Baby and Me yoga weekly guiding you on a stronger connection to self. She focuses on mobility work to avoid pain during pregnancy and post-childbirth and pelvic floor recovery and rebuild. She is also a full spectrum Doula, Childbirth Educator, and Infant Feeding Counsellor and offers Holistic education to the community to empower women to take back birth and own their unique stories. Kristin’s approach to coaching is autonomy-based and rooted in mindset switch. Change your mind, change your journey!
