Maybe you have had some aches and pains, loneliness or feelings are coming up from a previous birth that didn't go the way you expected. Maybe the fear of childbirth has you so scared you are having trouble connecting to your baby. Or maybe you are just overwhelmed with the amount of information on the internet and you don't even know where to start or who to trust! Well, you are in the right place, you have arrived at your village!
For over 6 years, I have worked with people who are pregnant or have recently given birth. I teach perinatal movement and meditation classes weekly and my teachings guide students on a deeper connection to self, ultimately connecting them more to their baby and the journey they are on. Our private or group coaching sessions allow you to really dive into where you need more support and we are able to address your fears and concerns weekly.
Empowering you on any journey you choose and supporting you in any choice you make through your pregnancy, birth and the 4th trimester is my main goal. Everyone needs a coach and doula to be there for them on this sacred journey. Someone who can check in on you and ensure you are continuing to take care of yourself in a time where you may put your self care aside.
Being a Mom of 2, I feel I can really put myself in your shoes and hold space for you. I can be that person you can ask anything and I will help, if I can't I will get you someone who can.
There is power in numbers and we need a village to raise our children. But the village doesn’t just show up. You actually need to build it yourself. That’s why I developed this program, so you didn’t have to do all the work yourself. We take care of you, so you can take care of your baby and family.
