Join us in person on April 26th in Acton Ontario.
Join us to explore common challenges such as diastasis recti, prolapse, incontinence, and lower back pain in a safe, judgment-free environment where questions are encouraged. This inclusive workshop addresses areas most impacted by childbirth and aging, offering techniques to restore balance to the body long after pregnancy.
Led by Meryl and Kristin, the session combines informative discussions with guided yoga, breathwork, and Pilates, allowing for interactive learning and practical experience.
Participants will gain experiential knowledge to empower them in managing core and pelvic floor health in their daily lives

Meet Kristin.
Kristin has worked with Pre and Post Natal women and families for over 8 years. She teaches Prenatal Yoga and Baby and Me yoga weekly guiding you on a stronger connection to self. She focuses on mobility work to avoid pain during pregnancy and post childbirth and pelvic floor recovery and rebuild. She is also a full spectrum Doula, Childbirth Educator and Infant Feeding Counsellor and offers Holistic education to the community to empower women to take back birth and own their unique stories. Kristin’s approach to support is autonomy based and rooted in mindset switch. Change your mind, change your journey!
Meet Meryl.
With over 25 years of experience in Physiotherapy, Meryl is a dedicated clinician and clinical Manager at Eramosa Physiotherapy Associates (EPA) in Acton and Georgetown. Her clinical expertise spans a range of specialties, including male and female pelvic health, pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation, sports injury recovery, and a variety of orthopedic conditions.
As the Menopause Lead for EPA, Meryl plays a key role in educating staff about this significant phase in a woman’s life, equipping them to provide evidence-based, compassionate care. She is also committed to fostering the next generation of physiotherapists, mentoring students and new team members while sharing her extensive knowledge and passion for patient-centered care.
Outside of work, Meryl enjoys traveling with her family, cycling with friends, and staying active through regular workouts and teaching Pilates as a Body Harmonics trained teacher

Education
We will cover the anatomy of the pelvis and core, all its functions in the body, how it works, and how we can breathe and move with it! We will also discuss the spiritual aspect of pelvic health through a yoga perspective.

Movement
This workshop is very interactive so you can fully experience what we are explaining. We will be guiding some gentle movement so you can connect fully with the movement of your pelvis, core and breahe so you can leave the workshop feeling empowered.
